A few days ago I mentioned a site where you could go to view and compare credit card offers at Best Credit Card Applications. Well today I just became an affiliate for their site (MyCreditCardCash.com). This is so cool. How this works is you sign up on their site for $1 for the 1st month. If you get 4 successful offers approved, then $1 is all you pay. Otherwise you pay $37.95 a month. This fee will be waived once 4 credit card offers have been approved. So far, one card has been accepted and I have earned $66. Only 3 more to go! I have started making flyers advertising my site, as well as, placed internet ads.

If you would like to join their site and become a member click here.

Today I decided to join Fusion Cash. I get $5 dollars for signing up with them and can cash out at $25. I'm gonna add their banner below so we can track my progress.

Today I joined squidoo. I'm hoping it will help create traffic for all the various money streams I am trying to start.

I started creating a lens which you can see here: http://www.squidoo.com/debt_free_life/

According to their site this is what a lens is:
"A lens is one person's view on a topic that matters to her. It's an easy-to-build, single web page that can point to blogs, favorite links, RSS feeds, Flickr photos, Google maps, your eBay auctions, CafePress designs, Amazon books or music, and oh so much more. That way, when someone is looking for recommended information, fast, your lens gets him started and sends him off in the right direction. Hooray for you"

As for the MyCreditCardCash.com, I haven't found anyone to sign up. But I'm trying, I started making flyers with tear off tabs and have place them at a few locations. Its only been a day since they were posted. So we'll see how that goes.

I think I might need to find a secondary job that is more profitable. sigh.

As the week goes on, I'm trying to think of ways to earn extra cash. I haven't given in to the idea of getting a second job, yet. The first thing I did was sign up on a website called cash crate. I signed up on monday (today is friday) and so far I have made $20, so thats cool. I guess they'll give me a payment for every $10 I make and submit the payment through PayPal.

The next program I signed up for is My Credit Card Cash. I'm am now an affiliate for this program. Its pretty cool. If you are looking to get a credit card. They allow you to compare various cards. They have cards for those with no credit or bad credit. Cards for those looking to earn reward points or just wanting to find a card with a lower interest rate. As you know when fighting debt, a lower interest really helps in paying off credit cards. Ok so if you want to sign up for a new card visit: Best Credit Card Apllications.

The first step I have taken is: I went to the library and picked up a few books on eliminating debt. I checked out a book called "The Total Money Makeover" by David Ramsey. I have heard a lot of recommendations for this book. Even as I checked the book out, the lady at the counter was telling me how much she loved this book. She stated that it was so easy to read and follow, plus gave great advice. So tonight I plan to start reading this book.
Todays the day I'm going to start my new blog. One with a purpose. My new focus is eliminating debt. Its amazing how much debt can be accumulated in a relatively short time. I've been reading many sites on debt relief. Now its time to practice what I've been learning.
